"Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. "

They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making reservations for us. Overall, the hotel manager and concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience with the hotel manager and concierge."
