The view is dramatically beautiful where you visualize the Mediterranean ornamented with palm trees and charming architecture of the Montazah palace that looks like a stunning painting with its amazing colours. The staff were super helpful, caring and responsive. "

"Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us."

"My first time ever to stay at a Four Seasons and I was very disappointed that I didn’t know all pools and beach access was closed due to winter — which was not cold at all and we would have wanted to still enjoy the beach. Breakfast was amazing and beds and pillows and sheets were fantastic!! Staff is formal but nice and will answer all questions. "
