"House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap."

"Didn’t go to the pool.. too cold.. my cleaning lady was excellent, I gave her a very good review, the staff running the restaurant I found to be quite slow in first of all acknowledging my presence, then in taking my order.. so if they could just speed things up it would really improve their performance.. overall a very nice hotel."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Casa Anfa. I made a reservation in advance through a well-known booking platform and received confirmation prior to arrival. After a long international flight, we arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored because we did not have a marriage certificate to prove we are married. This requirement was never clearly stated on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. If this is an official policy, it should be communicated transparently and prominently before guests complete their reservation. Travelers do not typically carry marriage certificates while on vacation, so this came as a complete surprise. The lack of clear communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey. We were unable to rest as planned and left feeling very disappointed. Greater transparency about policies would help future guests avoid the same situation. "
