Travel Booking Channels collect the basic information to book the room. Unless asked, they usually do not disclose security deposits. That falls on the hotel front desk. The 25 is not a payment but a simple hold. It is released upon check out and then it will take a matter of business for the card issuer to return it. Alot of hotels had closed their hot tubs down due to the pandemic and have not reopened them. We're glad your enjoyed a clean hotel. The hotel was built to standards and specifications of the design and it is one of the more quieter hotels.

Thank you for the wonderful compliments and review. Within the past few months, IHG has chosen to use Dove products in the hotels. It is a nice change since this brand is widely known. I do apologize about the USB ports not working properly. It will be inspected and resolved. The disinfecting of the room keys started during COVID and will remain in effect as it brings a reassuring feeling of safety and cleanliness. Bacon is provided on scheduled days and it is rewarding to know that it was available during your stay. We appreciate your A rating for breakfast. Our goal is for the staff always to be professional and welcoming to all guests. The hotel thanks you for taking the time to let us know that staff did a great job. Glad that you had a quiet and restful stay. We look forward to seeing you again

At the time of your check in, your room was not ready and we do apologize for that inconvenience. With being sold out the night before our staff was working tirelessly to get all rooms ready. I'm sure the Front Desk was looking at this in a way that would be more convenient for you by suggesting other hotel accommodations.
