We loved that as a family of five they had a room we could all be in together. The hotel felt like an oasis in the city, with a really nice pool and fabulous breakfast (egg station, noodle soup station, bread/toast, four hot options, fruit and salad) There was always a tuk tuk outside waiting. It was about $1.50 to get to pub street. Easy! HIGHLY recommend! The staff was really nice and helpful. And it was clean!

We were greeted with a hot towel and fruit juice. Our room had a sliding glass door that opened up to the beautiful pool. The restaurant on site had delicious food also!

When can i move in

Arriving from phnom penn we were in need of a bit of nice and ghis place delvered. Got a free tranfer from the bus satation (bonus), the staff were consistently brilliant, room was big,clean and had pool access. Location was out of town but a cheap tuk tuk was 5 mins and yiu were at walking street. Hotel restaurant was good if you did not want venture out. Breakfast was also good. Really pleased wefound this place and would come back.

Staff was friendly and nice. Property was beautiful, rooms were big, I would rate 5 stars but had a problem they couldn’t fix. The room had a lot of humidity and mold in the bathroom, it made my asthma really bad and I had to sleep with a mask.

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff

This is a really lovely hotel. The pool area is beautiful, had umbrellas and pool towels which was great. Room service was great too and the staff are very attentive and polite. The room was very comfortable and extremely spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. My only tiny complaints are that there was no welcome drink as advertised, the room was not cleaned when I was out all afternoon so I didn’t receive enough toilet paper, and when I first arrived in the room the warm water from the shower ran brown, and there were some small animal droppings in the bathroom so the room probably hadn’t been used in a while.

Un bon séjour de 6 nuits au Tanei. D'abord dans une chambre un peu décevante avec des appareils défectueux nous avons pu changer de chambre, qui était cette fois, tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varie chaque jour ! Et pour les matins où vous vous levez tôt pour visiter les temples un doggy bag est possible. Autrement un cadre très agréable avec une belle picsine. gros plus : la présence du Cirque Phare à 3 minutes à pied

Good value for the price. I traveled solo and just needed a clean and comfortable room which is exactly what I got. The staff, service was excellent and very friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The location is a bit outside of downtown but all the rides I took were within 5-10 minutes. The property is a little bit dated. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay.
