超お勧めのホテルです。

大変満足しました。高級ホテルでロビーは重厚な感じでサービスもよく、お部屋は少し歩きますが、別棟で落ち着いた感じで、部屋は綺麗で広く、テラスがありたいへんよかったです。１１月でオフシーズンなので安く宿泊でラッキーでした。二人で１万ぐらいで、朝食付き、部屋の近くにプールがあり、半日のんびりできました。ぜひおすすめのホテルです。　SPAもねだんは外より高いですが、マネージャ-の対応も親切で明るく気持ち良い方でした。

Nicht zu empfehlen !!!

Auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne ! Ist sein Geld nicht wert ! Wir waren als Familie über Silvester dort. Das gesamte Hotel war 3 Tage damit beschäftigt eine Silvesterparty aufzubauen ! Die Party sehr teuer für das gebotene! Sehr laut - 1 Pool war kaum nutzbar. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir 2 x das Zimmer wechseln da es gestunken hat. Nach der 1. Nacht zu 4. in einem Kingbett haben wir gegen Aufpreis ein neues Zimmer mit Extrabett bekommen. Das Hotel insgesamt könnte mal einen Anstrich vertragen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht - das war es aber auch ! Leider ein Reinfall !!! Frühstück ein Witz !

Great hotel and staff

We had an exceptional stay here. It is very nice, spacious and comfortable. Our room had excellent air conditioning and was very nice and clean. Great pool and pool bar. The breakfast is nice and varied each day. Best of all were the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

ホテルスタッフの接客や礼儀は快いものを感じました。 日本語のできるスタッフが常駐しているのも心強いものがあります。 朝食も素晴らしかったと思います。 レストラン夕食メニューは、手頃な値段の定食はありましたが、アラカルト風に料理を注文できると良かったと思います。緑の庭園が周囲を囲んでいたせいか窓を開けると蚊が入ってきました。 防虫剤などの備品があると良かったと思います。 部屋の電灯スイッチの扱いがわかりにくい。ベッドサイドのSWはどの電灯に対応しているのか？ またスタンドライトの調光SWが壊れているようでした。 細かい点は色々ありますがホテルとしての総合は素晴らしいと思います。 街の中心から少し離れていますので移動はホテル待機のトゥクトゥクを利用します。往復で＄7。食事・ショッピング・観光もちゃんと待っていてくれます。料金も安いので単発でお願いするよりも、一日チャータする方が結果的に良かったのではと思っています。

Beautiful and peaceful property

I stayed at the property for 3 nights with my friend. Staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging airport pickups at short notice. The room was spacious, environment within the property beautiful, the pool well maintained, and the free breakfast tasty. Perfect for family trips. The only thing is that it's about 4 km to the city center so we had to use the hotel shuttle or Tuktuk to get around. If you want to be closer to the crowd then this is not the place for you. Otherwise it wouls be a great experience.

I realised after I was moved to a new room that the room I was first given not freshly made for a new guest but was just a made bed. So I slept on a bed that's been slept in (yaiks!). But other than that I had a fantastic stay. Nat, the manager, was so helpful in just everything I need. He's just a very professional manager who went beyond what duty calls. Thanks Nat for making my stay at your hotel wonderful. I am a lone traveller and a first timer in your country. But you made it sure I am at home.

From check-in to check-out, our 7 night stay here was superb. Beautiful property. Amazing breakfast buffet both in terms of selection and quality. Nightly complimentary shuttle to Pub Street. The staff here are simply a cut above the rest - friendly and professional. If you go to Siam Reap, stay at this hotel - you will not be disappointed!

Not a 5 star resort. The public areas are wonderful, as is the design of the hotel; beautiful. That being said, the breakfast is plentiful, but not high quality. Staff in the breakfast restaurant is just ok. The room seems clean... but... when looking for something found a dirty sock (not ours by the way) on an extremely dirty floor under the bed (yuck!!!)

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で快適な滞在になりました。現地でのスケジュールを全く決めていなかったのですが、チェックインの時に日本語のできるスタッフの方に相談させて頂いて、全て手配して頂きました。ディナー付きショー２日間、日本語ツアガイドとタクシーの手配２日間。どれも適切なお手配でした。是非にと勧められた「スマイル・オブ・カンボジア」は見応えがあってなかなかのものでした。 無料クリーニングサービスやクラブラウンジも有効に使わせて頂きました。スマホの充電がUSB端子が室内に無くてでできなかったのですが、フロントで対応して頂きました。往復の無料送迎も適切で、３泊４日を通して快適な滞在をさせて頂きました。

Short stay with home experience. We got warm welcome from airport smiles and gentle driver, till our room. Room so spacious with good view as well as with private balcony, and was full set up with fresh fruits, flower, cool room and full arranged even over our expectations. Staffs friendly and helpful. Foods extremely good and you will be pleased with their Spa service too. On our departure day - we got free late check out til 2pm, very great full and helping us to have more time relaxing in their beautiful hotel till we continue our journey. Best Suite Retreat in Siem Reap We really happy of what we got from the beginning our arrival at the airport throughout the stay and until our last day which is departure day with their warm service. Staffs were brilliant, this is not our first time to Siem Reap, we know that Cambodian staffs were generally friendly and helpful which was what we have from this property. They always smiled to serve us, they went beyond their limits to be sure that our stay were completed with happiness and restful. We went for a dinner on the third night of our stay at their great dinning venue with house wine- truly amazing and foods were fantastic, love khmer foods. The location was perfect too as it was convenient quiet, and stand by Tuk Tuk or their free shuttle bus service from the hotel to shopping center. All available here, highly recommend this place and thanks for all staffs for their excellent jobs !

별로였습니다

침실. 웰컴과일 등은 만족스러웠으나.풀빌라룸 수영장은 너무 작았고..풀장 내부가 청소가 안되었는지 미끄러웠으며 가장자리에서는 넖은범위에서 젤리같은 것도 만져졌습니다..또한 12시 체크아웃을 해야하기 때문에 조식먹고 좀 쉬려했는데 조식먹으러나간 사이 메이드가 들어와서 청소를 하고있었고..자리를 비울생각을 안하고 청소를해서 결국 언성을 높이니 나갔습니다.. 그런것들이 좀 불편했습니다..400불 가까이 지불했지만 가격대비 전혀 만족스럽지않았습니다.
