Very comfortable, quiet and clean hotel. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. The hotel is also well located, not too far from the market and several restaurants. Plus, you can book excursions at the hotel (the hotel owner is very quick to offer, and even a tiny bit pushy, but we did book the tuk tuk to visit the temples at a very decent price). Word of warning: the breakfast is not a buffet, so you can't choose the food and fruits you're being served.

My stay here was phenomenal. I was staying in a less exceptional hotel had to move. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Cute family owned place that were attentive to all needs. Very walkable place to get to pub street and they were able to set up drivers for me wherever I wanted to go when I told them what kind of experience I was looking for.

This is a nice little place to stay while you are on vacation. It is not too far from the temples and is close to many other city attractions. They will also assist you with reservations and transportation to and from the temples and the other attractions.

I love to stay this hotel

Definitely I will stay the same hotel if I come back. Owner is very smart and honest. Her employee service me 4 days with motorcyle taxi and price is reasonable. Plus they have rent bycicle service. Hotel is located in the central city but peaceful.

Excellent value. Great location within short walking distance of Pub Street area with many restaurants and bars and also more local street vendors. Easy trip into Angkor Wat. The hotel staff are very helpful with setting up excursions, transportation and general assistance. Nice pool to cool down at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Nice small cozy hotel with a perfect location! We felt really welcomed right from the first pick up from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged us a two day visit to Angkor. Bar and restaurant at the hotel were still closed after Covid. Warm recommendation!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, the room was clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable, the Air Conditioning worked great, as well as the Hot water, the staff at this hotel are the absolute best they are so helpful with anything you may need. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to anything you need or the hotel will find very kind and helpful transportation to anywhere if you need. The staff are hands down the best, they will always make you feel like family and go to any lengths to help. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone whether your traveling with family or your a solo traveler its safe, Quiet and always warm and welcoming.

Chhaylong is a comfortable hotel around the corner from Siem Reap's Pub Street. Relatively quiet and clean. The staff is very helpful and speak English. Has a pool right off the lobby, but I spent more time exploring the temples and the neighborhood. The hotel set me up with a driver and guide for a tour of the temples and city ruins in the area. Overall the hotel is a great value if you visit Siem Reap.

We appreciate the personal of this hotel. They are helpful, all time smiling. The breakfast was very good and was changing every day. We had a good time there. The activities are close of the hotel (Pub Street,Night Market) and the tuk tuk take us there to visit the Angkor Temples. I recommend the hotel and if we return to Siem Reap, we will be there. Thanks

I loved this place. Well worth the money. Great location near pub street. Good food. Great staff that was very helpful. Arranged a tour plus transportation back to Phnom Penh. I will stay there again. My only issue was the internet wasn't great but that seems to be a fluke. They were working on it. But my stay was excellent 5 stars

This property is an excellent condition in a great location walking distance to many live areas! The family that run this hotel made it an amazing experience with top-notch service! They arrange Tuk Tuk or taxis for you wherever you wanna go. I recommend booking your Ankor trip through them they will make the arrangements for a driver and guide! Our guide was D and he was amazing spoke Perfect English! Thank you so much
