The hostel room was cleaned every day (usually more than once a day), the staff were lovely and helpful, the WiFi was very good across the whole hostel, the location of the hostel was very good (among many restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk to the night market). Overall very good and enjoyed the stay.

部屋はキングベットの部屋でしたがとても綺麗で日本と変わらない。 バスローブ付きのはずだったがなく、シャンプーやボディーソープのアメニティもなかった。歯ブラシクシ石鹸のみ。 無料の朝食は飲み物フルーツもついてとても満足。 可もなく不可もなく。とても落ち着く空間でした。

一人部屋に泊まったのですが、値段的にはこんなものかなと思います。周辺にもお店があったり、カフェがあったり、便利でした。ただ鍵が壊れてるみたいで開け締めが大変でした。スタッフは笑顔もあり、いい感じです。

The hotel is located at a convenient place which takes around 15 minutes to walk to the night market and pub street. We were staying in a dormitory of 6 beds. The bathroom was clean enough. The water was warm enough but the water pressure could be improved. The food in the restaurant was good.There is a swimming pool which looked clean, but we did not try that because of lack of time.

Perfekt für Abenteurer. Nette Leute im Dorm und Hostel allgemein. Einiges in der direkten Umgebung, aber fern vom Mekka des ganzen Trubel. Hätte mir nur Shampoo und Duschgel gewünscht. Und etwas staubfreiere Matratzenkanten.

GOOD LOCATION NOT FAR FROM NIGHT MARKETS.swimming pool is great to cool off. Staff friendly and helpful.The crowd is a mixture but mostly 25ish. Not a party place but a cool place to stay. I think the bar and food are a little over priced. If they lowered the price just a bit more ppl would eat there. Over all good place

Perfect hostel for backpackers

-Location: is pretty good. It is near old market or the so-called 'pub street' so the party or dining is quite easy to find. Not far from tourist destination, like Angkor Wat. - I stayed in their mixed dorm. The room and bed is very clean and brand-new. There are no blanket, though, just a thin sheet of white cloth to cover. The air-condition is pretty good, very cool. They also provide you hair-dryer and towel, so you do not have to bring one. The toilet is very clean. the housemaid will clean up the room every day. They did not take out wrapping plastic from the new bed though, so it will make sound whenever you move. This might be not good for those who is a hard sleeper. - The service is very professional. The staffs are friendly, English-fluently speaking and active. They arranged me a day trip with reasonable price and I can pay with my credit card. They tuk tuk driver is good. They can also arrange you a bus or minivan if you want to go to Thailand or Pattaya. - You will love the bar and a small pool near it if you come with a group of friends. Order some cocktails and sitting near the pool. - Value for money.

Big mistake- BUD BUGS !

I dont really understand who and why put so many and such high ratings of that hotel. The only good positive feedback would be directed towards the swimingpool and the relatively close distance to Angkor Wat and the Pub Street. The rest is just a joke. ROOMS dirty with insects flying and creeping. BED BUGS !!!!! in room 202 that insanely bit me all over my legs. I learnt later ( from other guest) that this hotel had already bad bugs allert - i didnt see that here on hotels.com - if i did, i would NEVER book that hotel. Even after changing the rooms the cleaningness was just poor - that bathroom in room 209 looks like a one big ruin- the ceiling is BLUE/ BLACK from all the humidity and leckage ( just put the tree over there and there you go, Wat Prohm itself!) . // WIFI - poor. You have to climb the chair in order to find somewhat connection ( climbing is good, at least you stay away from the bed bugs for that moment). // STAFF - there is only one person that speaks english ( this man works only during the day), the others don't ( even at the front desk!). So if you want to train your own patience and zen zone - go there. Resuming - i would never recommend that hotel to anyone.
