Quite with a nice pool

Front desk could not find our reservation so we had to double pay. Thankfully the price per night was inexpensive so it didn't break the bank. Hotel charges 20 US dollars for transport to airport. We got a tuktuk for $6. Front desk doesn't speak English very well so it was hard for us to get information. We expected this in Cambodia but just an FYI. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. We took a tuktuk to Pub Street for $2 on a tuktuk. Pool was very nice.

Good place to stay at Siem Riep

I stayed at Kiri Boutique hotel for 5 days in February and I had a good experience, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. I ordered room service few times as the food was tasty and the service size was big. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. At reception I was able to organise and book activities and the staff was always keen to help.

Fake, bad faith from the Staffs

We arrived at the Kiri Boutique and they said they would have to send us to another hotel. We asked for an explanation and they gave us none. We then went to another hotel and only found out that it was on the same network and much farther from the center. We then ask for the value of everyday transportation to and from the center. It's just that this solitaire has not been answered. Then we refuse to stay the. We asked for another hotel. After much waiting they said they had found another hotel next door. Arriving at hitel we discovered that we were not the first guests that Kiri Boutique sent to the hotel Ombra Hotel. They had an agreement between them, that is, they acted all the time in bad faith. Ombra Hotel has an excellent swimming pool but the cleanliness and the carelessness, the staff's relaxation is horrible. Unsatisfactory breakfast.

It’s ok!

Nice spot to relax but a bit far from the center. That’s ok! It’s quiet and tuk tuks are cheap. Stayed in 2 different rooms, both clean but one needed a little fresh paint and air. Smelled like mildew. The staff are great, the pool is splendid and the food good enough. I recommend it if you want to be away from the chaos and don’t mind the inconvenience.

Hotel in ottima posizione a 700 metri dal centro, night market. Piscina comoda per relax ma la colazione non è a buffet, viene servita dai camerieri... devo dire però che l'hotel è molto buono per soggiornare a Siem reap.

Cosy and Comfortable

Id recommend this hotel to everone. It's small and quaint and therefore the staff are able to attend to your every need. They do this with enthusiasm and a friendly nature. I enjoyed every minute there.

Brilliant hotel a real find

Excellent value for money. Really comfortable boutique hotel 2$ Tuk Tuk ride to pub street. Free airport transfers. Hotel organised great trips as well. First class all around.

El hotel es muy bueno, personal muy amable y dispuesto, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, la pileta muy bien. La única desventaja, depende de cómo se lo mire ya que es muy tranquilo, es que está un tanto alejado del centro, aunque en tuk tuk son solo 5 minutos. Lo recomendaría.

Quiet location in a busy town

We loved the Kiri for the quiet and the price and the people. We are traveling with kids, so it was great to have our own oasis to withdraw to after a day of temples and navigating the dusty roads of Siem Reap. It's not a 5 star facility, but I felt like we got great accommodations for the price. The pool closes at 9 pm, so night time is very quiet.

Loved this place, off the path but not too far!

Where to begin? Love the staff! Extremely accomodating. Ask for Mr. San or ask anyone, they'll get you anything you need no matter the hour. I enjoyed the room service, the bar, the pool, the laundry, the free (menu ordering, not buffet) breakfast, and the ready tuk-tuk's (the taxi's) outside the wall. Once inside the hotel you feel secure and well cared for. Confused about something? Just ask any of the staff. Forgot that weird battery? Tell the desk, they'll have it for you in an hour. Want something to eat at 3am? Just call down and ask. Best air conditioning in all of Cambodia! Rooms were very clean, and well stocked. The rooms have a safe, tv (with several language channels), plenty of towels, amenities, and a mini-bar. Kids spent hours in the pool. Shops are a 5-minute ride away ($2 to $3 anywhere in the city). Airport is also $3 but it's up to you. Pub Street (nightlife, shops, and all the safe restaurants) are also 5-minutes away. Ask the staff to arrange your temple trips, helicopter flights, elephant rides, or anything else. They can get busses, cars, tuk-tuks, or even single mopeds. This place is surrounded its own wall and access is restricted. You won't be bothered! We felt safe spending a long day out at the temples knowing our gear was safe and sound. Love that this place is not on the very busy highway like many other hotels are. Will be back for sure!

J ai eu un petit souci avec la chambre qui n a pas été celle que j avais réservé sur Hôtels.com. Le patron de l hôtel n a rien voulu entendre il a donc fallu que je téléphone à Hôtels.com qui a pu régler le souci avec l hôtelier en 10 mn. Les chambres sont propres spacieuses et pour celles qui ont un balcon lumineuses.Le petit déjeuner devrait être sous forme de buffet.La piscine est remplie d assaut en fin de journée il manque des transats.L hôtel est éloigné du centre, il faut impérativement prendre un tuk tuk si on veut dîner ailleurs qu'à l hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique et l hôtel propose des chauffeurs de tuk tuk pour visiter les temples à des prix qui sont dans la moyenne. Le transfert gratuit aller retour vers l aéroport est appréciable.

Rotete start på oppholdet.

Da vi kom til hotellet, var det ikke rommet vårt klart, og vi fikk et annet rom den første natta. vi skulle få vårt rom neste dag, da fikk vi beskjed om at vi skulle ha det første rommet ei natt til. Jeg ba om enten å få flytte straks eller beholde det rommet vi hadde første natt resten av oppholdet. Da fikk vi flytte straks.

Siam reap off

The hotel overall is good however be very careful of the services you use.a french couple were charged 15 for an 8 dollar bus ride. My 15 dollar Ankor trip became 45 dollars once it was over due to there dishonest tuk tuk driver and because I placed my free water into the fridge they tried to charge me 1 dollar 50 per bottle so once again be aware of all additional pricing.
