Very Enjoyable Stay

I will definitely be a customer here again. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable place. Off the main highway on a dirt alley, but convenient. Not good parking if you want to come by your own car. Great customer service. On site restaurant has good food but a little expensive for what you get. Included breakfast was good. Air conditioner was good as was the bed, pillows,etc. Bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower. WiFi worked great. Plenty of tuk tuks available in front of hotel. First floor rooms seemed to be nicer than the second floor. All in all a very good experience.

The room was great,as expected equiped with all essentials I needed for my stay. Basic negatives included the fact that the pool had not been cleaned thoroughly (water was extremely merky) and is rather off putting to guests. Staff were friendly upon arrival with all the pleasantries executed to industry standard,however, this seemed to continue all the way through my stay and almost seemed disingenuous. The staff appeared to be overcompensating with the constant monitoring/anticipating needs I never had which can be rather irritating at times. Lack of English spoken staff was also an issue, especially when attempting to organise a trip.

This hotel I stay only 1 night at Siem Reap, all of staffs very friendly, specially one guy at front desk, he helped full during my trip. I would like to recommend this boutique, next time if I have trip come to Siem Reap again I should to stay again.

Everything was PERFECT. The room we booked are very spacious including the bathroom which have bathtub. Rooms are made up every day. Also, the crew were very kind and courteous as well. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation after a long day sight seeing & partying at Pub street. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff.
