excellent start to finish we arrived early and received a welcome with a smile and drink and senghang phoun most gracelessly allowed us a very early check in and provided us with the use of the hotels tuk tuk and driver for the day which he was very helpful and polite and with local info too and again on our leaving day senghang phoun allowed us late check out too wish we had more time and would differently stay again

Nice and quiet stay

The hotel is quiet and charming, with a lot of greenery welcoming you into the hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful and accommodating. The room was much more spacious then expected. In the evening, the ground level walkway can be dark, can use a few outdoor lighting. Be mindful that the room doorways are outdoor so there may be lizards on the walls, which my children were frighten by. In the morning, there were a lot of chanting from the town speakers, may need earplugs if you're a light sleeper. This may be true at any hotel in town. It's a bit further away from the center of town, so it felt more relaxing away from the crowd. Overall, the staff were excellent and the stay was nice.

This hotel was the perfect gem hidden in the middle of Siem Reap! I was nervous at first when we saw it but them we walked inside and it was so nice and the staff is beyond courteous, we definetly have already recommended it to friends and family who plan to travel to Cambodia soon! Another great perk is its not located in the hustle and bustle of the tourism part of town but still a close Tuk Tuk ride to everywhere we wanted to go!

Supertolles kleines Hotel

Wir hatten zu viert ein Familienzimmer im Naga Gate. Das Zimmer war groß mit geräumigem Bad, leider fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten (Schrank, Kommode) für unsere Sachen. Es gab einen Balkon mit zwei Sitzplätzen. Netter kleiner Pool mit Liegen. Toller Outdoor-Frühstücksraum mit superklasse Frühstück. Große Auswahl zwischen asiatischen und westlichen Frühstück, leckerer Kaffee und Saft. Sehr freundliches Personal, manchmal noch etwas unsicher und langsam aber sehr bemüht! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Siem Reap, zu Fuß möchte man nicht ins Zentrum gehen (staubige, viel befahrene Straße). Mit dem Tuktuk ist man für einen Dollar aber schnell in der Pub Street bzw. am Markt. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Best customer service by hotel staff!

Our family stayed 5 days in these hotel. Upon checking in, the room air conditioner was on that make a great way to welcome us with the warm weather outside. The staff have a wonderful customer service relation. From the time I made the booking, I contacted Sarou, he was a great help with all the questions and arrangement of tours. All the staff, Print, Pau, ( the others I forgot to ask their name) even the tuk tuk driver that was with us with our 2 days tour Preet and In and our tour guide AJ were really helped to make our holiday an unforgetable one. The hotel was clean and facilities were very good. The best experience!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Excellent breakfast and excellent customer service! They've helped us arrange airport transfers as well as day tours to Angkor Wat and the Tara boat tour. Will definitely recommend!

El staff del hotel es increíble! Siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa, las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buen estado. El hotel no está en el centro de Siem Reap pero tardas 5 minutos en tuktuk en llegar por 3 USD. Es un lugar que totalmente vale la pena, volvería sin dudas!

Excellent hotel,it is located away from the center which might bother some,but I prefer it and it is only 2 dollars for a tuk tuk to the center pub street. Check in was speedy and welcoming the room was good, comfortable bed good pressure from the shower,nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the lovely pool. The staff were first class,if the boss man is reading give them a pay rise :) . The breakfast was very good buffet style and a set breakfast menu you can order from,they will make something for you that is not on the breakfast menu if you ask. Just make sure to leave a tip these guys rely on there tips a couple of dollars means a lot more to them than us. I will return soon :)

Great staff!

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel isn’t too far from town, they also have a tuk tuk to take you there. Loved the smiling and helpful staff, especially the manager Sarou Keo, he was very helpful and provided exceptional service! The only thing was limited breakfast options esp for vegetarians but a part from that I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!😊

Excelente atendimento!

Excelente atendimento! Equipe sempre muito atenciosa, tuk tuk disponível e o hotel se disponibilizou para agendar os passeios. Destaque para a comida que também é muito boa. Café da manhã simples, porém bem variado. O hotel tem tuk tuk grátis para ir e voltar do aeroporto o que ajuda a economizar bastante já que o táxi sai bem caro.

magnificent hotel

what a wonderful stay, from the moment you walk into reception to the moment you leave, the manager and his amazing staff make this hotel a unique place, set just outside siem reap away from all the hustle and bustle its a hidden oasis, the pool is superb and welcoming after a hot day travelling or just to sit and chill for the day,the chef Mr Thea Sothay makes amazing food and if it's not on the menu he will cook it for you if you ask! the rooms are big airy and spacious and very clean with good wifi and air con, the manager provides a free Tuk Tuk from the hotel to town for free form morning till 6 pm,they can arrange Tuk Tuks to visit temples and even sort out your visas for vietnam while you just relaz at the pool ir go sightseeing, i stayed here for 7 days but eventually stayed for 11 as it was so good, thank you so much to the manager and all his wonderful staff for making our stay such a memorable one,, will definitely be back but book in advance because once word gets out its going to be difficult to get a room here as its so nice from Tommy and ZITA thank you all xx

Geweldig hotel

Eenmaal binnen in dit hotel, zie je dat het voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Schoon, mooi, een perfect zwembad, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ALLES aan dit hotel klopt! Zoals het op de website zichtbaar is, zo is het ook! Heerlijk gegeten. Ik heb geen minpunt ervaren, al onze gezinsleden waren zeer enthousiast over dit hotel. Mocht je nog een zeer goed hotel zoeken in Siem Reap, net buiten de grote drukte, dan is dit een prima keuze.

What an amazing hotel.

This hotel was fabulous; the staff, the location and the accommodation were perfect. We booked here for three days but quickly extended our stay. We were made to feel special by the staff and this made the stay so pleasurable. This hotel should be a must if you are in the area.
