Hidden gem

Great hotel and staff. Very reasonable. Extremely clean comfortable rooms. A bit hard to find. Make sure you have phone number for tuk tuk driver, so he can get detailed mdirections from hotel people.

Bad management!

I've booked two rooms for three days well in advance, and they told me, that i'll get free one way airpoirt transfer, free breakfast and free dinner. On arrival, there was NO free transfer (must hire a taxi), NO breakfast and NO dinner. Because I was suspicious about what was offered, I asked Hotels.com, and they assured me that I booked and paid for "all inclusive". In reality, it was quite the opposite... Beside this, the room was fairly clean, housekeeping was maid daily, A/C worked properly and the water was clean and with good pressure. Room was equipped with refrigerator and kettle. There were a few mosquitos in the room and 4 or 5 geckos climbing on walls and ceiling. Hotel is situated in a neglected area, albeit not to far from main attractions that Krong Siem Reap offers.

Cleanness of hotel and location no nice.

Mosquito, insects and not clean properly. In the Web side showing very good but in real not. Staff also don't know English. I haven't stay one day also, same 1st day I booked another hotel and stay there. I request you to 50% amount if possible return me to fulfil my another hotel bill. Thanks

Superb Homely Accommodation @ Siem Reap

I have stayed in this hotel during 13th to 17th Jan 2018, it was great experience and very friendly hotel staffs, nice rooms which was kept all time clean and tidy, spa therapy at hotel rooms, tasty breakfast in reasonable price except there is no swimming pool . Over all I would defiantly stay there again and recommend to anyone, I had a great comfortable stay!

A bit of a walk from the night market. Nothing around and dark at night. But safe. The night receptionist was unbelievably helpful and went out of his way to help us on multiple occasions.

Fantastic

Our stay here made Siem reap bearable the room was fantastic with air con and a t.V with English channels and a mini bar! Which was filled again each day and your room was cleaned each day! However the chef picks and chooses when she wants to work so getting food is tricky we had to walk (by choice you can get a tic tuc) into town most the time which is a bit of a walk but we seemed to go in low season so maybe that's why. Overall I would defiantly stay there again and recommend to anyone, we had a great stay!

Nieuw hotel

Nieuw hotel in achterafstraatje, daardoor geen last van de hectiek van de stad. Plm. 10 min. Lopen naar centrum. 's Avonds voor 1 $ een tuktuk nemen, verkeer chaotisch. Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Kregen gratis upgrade naar grotere kamer omdat de door ons gevraagde kamer weggegeven was. Werden bij late aankomst 's avonds door de baas naar de stad gereden om te gaan eten.

The three ladies that we saw most were so lovely and helpful. The hotel was a short walk from main shopping/markets and pubs/restaurants.
