Nice staff, comfortable room for the price and great location to and from center. Easy to park a moto, order rides, and the receptionist is super helpful! The staff do a nice job on the room, giving fresh drinking water and tea/coffee refills. They include breakfast as well.

This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and caring. The food is delicious. We had breakfast and two dinners there and it was all very tasty. The salt water pool was my favorite. It was beautiful and refreshing. The whole facility is extremely clean. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit isolated. We had to hire a tuk tuk driver to go anywhere. There's nothing walkable nearby, so we treated the hotel like a resort oasis and just thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation there. I would highly recommend it!

The staff wherever pleasant and helpful. The pool area is amazing oasis of calm and peace. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Pub Street but I would recommend always getting a Tuk Tuk back to the hotel in the dark

I liked that this property offered help with visiting attractions as well as many lovely amenities like a swimming pool and an attached restaurant. They even had a free lift to the airport and arranged transportation for you to your other destinations or tour events! They were very friendly and helpful!

Super confort, joli standing , gentillesse du personnel toujours disponible . Tout est pourtant fait pour tirer le maximum de dollars de votre bourse: surtaxe des tuktuks, repas 5x plus chers que dans le moindre resto du centre ville . À peine arrivé , le client est sollicité et les packages vendus . Bien plus chers .

スタッフは友好的で部屋は清潔でした。立地はメイン通りから車一台がようやく通れるくらいの暗い道の行き止まりの部分に有りますので静かですが夜は1人歩きは注意が必要かと思います。設備はバスタブ付きだったのでここを選んだのですが水圧が極端に弱く更に止水栓から水が漏れて全く使い物にならず水が錆び臭くて不快でした。朝食付きでしたが薄いトースト2きれと目玉焼き、小さなバナナ少々とオレンジジュースが出て来たのみでした。少なくとも私は次は絶対に使おうとは思いません。

Das Personal ist das Highlight.

Das Hotel eignet sich sicherlich gut als Ausgangspunkt for einen Ausflug zu den Tempeln von Angkor Wat oder nacho Siem Reap, 21 Zimmer sind in eminem akzeptablen Zustand, Der Pool ist schön. Leider sind die Liegen, Auflagen und Schirme night mehr schön anzuschauen. Fűr das Frűhstűck műssen wir auch noch einen Punkt abziehen. Die Normalpreise halte ich fűr einen Witz, aber durch die hohen Rabatte wird es wieder interessant. Tolles Personal und wir empfehlen Mr. Sat als Tuk Tuk Fahrer.

It is misleading...the rooms are not what thwy show in theor photos. Not a clean place...towels were old and bathroom dirty. Breakfast was fried eggs in a pool of oil and coffee was bad—milk was spoiled!!!! Just very basic and not good!

大きなバスタブがありましたが、使えませんでした。シャワーの水圧は文句無しです。 部屋に蚊がいましたが、持参した虫よけスプレーを使い、刺されたり困る事はありませんでした。 翌朝は4時50分にツアーの人が来る事になって おり、ロビーで寝ていたスタッフを起こし、携帯朝食をもらい、部屋の鍵を渡しチェックアウトしました。 ホテルの門が施錠されていたため、ツアーのスタッフは、外で待つ状況でした。 建物自体は古いと思いますが、リフォームがされ、清潔に感じました。ひとりでの宿泊だったので、部屋は広く感じました。

Accomo review -Reveal Courtyard Hotel in Siem Reap

Our stay was very nice at Reveal. The staff were very nice and helpful in answering our questions related to getting around and things to see. The breakfast was extremely basic and we would suggest the hotel look at making some improvements in this regard. When we arrived we were being taken to a room we did not book. We booked a pool access, ground level room so I had to remind the hotel staff of this. We were taken to the proper room without a problem. The pool was lovely however, it was definitely in need of a cleaning. We felt safe and would definitely recommend this property.

良い点 アンコールワットには近い スーパーもある パブストリートまでは3ドルぐらいです。 悪い点 朝方と夜は真っ暗過ぎて何も見えない。 懐中電灯を忘れるとツライかと カンボジアだからどこもだろうが虫は多いですよ 部屋ではたまに蚊が居ました。 外はトカゲとか 微妙な点 スタッフは親切なのか、小遣い稼ぎたいのか不明でした。 テュクテュク頼むと値段吹っかけてくるし、しかもその一部をドライバーから引いてました。当然と言えば当然ですが気分は良く無いですね(目の前でされると)

Idéal pour visiter les temples d’angkor

Idéalement placé pour visiter les temples d’angkor un service de tuc tic est à votre disposition pour des prix corrects de plus les chauffeurs de plus en 10 pour vous. A 5 mn du centre ville donc loin du bruit et de l’agitation la piscine est très agréable Par contre le café est invivable !!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, nice pool

Was looking for a mid price, comfortable, quiet hotel not far from the centre of the city. This one fitted the bill. $2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street area. Staff helpful with tour advice . Had a lovely pool and plenty of sun. Would recommend.

Very disappointing

This hotel was lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and good sized rooms- yet nonstop problems meant my stay was frustrating, and pretty terrible. The free pickup from the airport is on a tuk-tuk, which is fine but it would have been nice to no in advance, as I had luggage and arrived early which meant it was cold. Then there's no early check-in, despite the fact that I informed them what time I was coming and they had every opportunity to let me know. I finally got my room but for some reason there was no key for the door?? I had to wait an hour and a half while keys were made and tested several times. My shower didn't have any hot water the entire time I was there, despite my reporting the problem to reception. I had two days of cold showers and wasn't able to take advantage of the beautiful bathtub. My comforter had a giant tear that was tucked in, in what looked like an attempt to hide it...and my sheets had a giant and disturbing stain. The restaurant didn't have everything listed, which is fine but kind of annoying. And then when I came down for breakfast I was told to sit and was simply brought out a plate of food...without anyone asking me what I wanted. Everyone who came after me was able to choose. Then my ride back to the airport (another tuk-tuk) was $8!! which is really just outrageous. All in all my stay went from bad to worse. I was super disappointed. It seems others had way better experiences so I'm not sure what the problem was- hopefully it's fixed soon.
