The Best thing about the hotel is its staff! Always friendly, full of smiles and very, very courteous.
The room I got was on the 2nd floor. Steep, narrow stairs to climb with no elevator. One of the staff members - the receptionist - carried my suitcase all the way up to my room. But it was a struggle for her as well and so, not a very pleasing sight for me.
The food is the poorest feature of this hotel. The breakfast was just about ok, but the dinner was horrible. To keep it simple, I ordered Khmer (local) dishes for each meal, but each one had the taste of instant food. On one occasion, 3 out of the 5 dishes I chose from the menu were not available.
The room was alright, but the door had an old fashioned key that took some effort to be locked.
The massages are undoubtedly the best services offered by the hotel. They are awesome and very, very affordable. You could get a massage either at the massage center or right at your room.
