We had to cancel our stay and go to a different hotel. The place was run down and not well maintained. The room floor was stained even the tile looked like it had stained blood. No safe in the room, when asked about it they said there was but they looked around and could not find it as well. They would not give us a different room so we cancelled but they wouldn't give us a refund. So we ate the cost and went to a better hotel. Don't go here, there are better choices. The yum yum ride from the airport was nice but everything else was terrible.

Great little boutique hotel.

The hotel staff are probably the best part about this hotel. They are super helpful and will do anything they can to make your stay wonderful. It’s a quaint little hotel three floors with maybe 40 units. The breakfast provided is really good, the eggs or soup are made fresh for you every morning to your order. The restaurant that is available for lunches and dinners is quite good. The only issue is that it is completely outside under an awning so if it’s raining or blowing you may get wet. My room overlooked the pool. It was quite spacious with a king size bed that was comfortable there was sufficient closet space a nice bathroom if a little dark. The air conditioning works wonderfully, the television works wonderfully as well. You can find English channels. Comically you can find the Russian news in English. The only downfall to the hotel is the Wi-Fi and you just have to go down to the front desk and ask them to fix it. Near the back of the building the Wi-Fi relays are not as strong as at the front of the building. Tuk tuks are available at your front door for two dollars down to Pub Street. It’s conveniently located around the corner from the giant I was bus station. And they have free pick up included from the airport

First i have to say: The service personell is really attentive, up to a point where they are almost too present, but i guess thats just my opinion. I do have to mention that we recieved a mobile-phone when we arived with contact-numbers and the concierge, David, organiced everything perfectly for us. There are reasons why i dont give 5 stars: 1) At least in november 18 there is a construction-site next door -> Loud 2) During our stay there was a wedding in the neighborhood (Cambodian weddings last for at least 2 days, they are even louder than the construction site and they start at 5am and end on 10pm every day.) - granted, the hotel cant be blamed for that but it affected our stay the most i think There was a power-failure in the area, it seemed to have been anounced since the wedding and construction site had a generator to continue their noise-making, in our hotel there was no electricity (no coffee, the only avaliable breakfast was untoasted toast, the fruit we wanted from the menu wasnt avaliable either..., no wifi, no water - since it needs to be pumped i guess, not even the toilets worked for 6 hours. - Other guests later told me they were transported to the partner-hotel for breakfast and to enjoy their running water, but nobody told us about that option. Wouldnt go there again, but would hire David (the concierge) any day if i had a hotel.

Oasis. Great rooms

Hotel is fab and staff couldn't be more helpful. Sadly surrounding area is going through a lot of construction work so roads a bit of a building site. But this hotel couldn't be faulted and still some lovely local eating and drinking places once you get over the state of the roads.

Very friendly and helpful staff rooms clean and a good size . Hotel as a average size but Clean pool. Position of hotel is a 2 dollars tuk tuk ride away from centre pub street area would stay here again as enjoyed our time there

An amazing manager!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Pool area was lovely and the service excellent. The hotel manager was one of the best I have ever encountered. She was beautiful, graceful and extremely professional. All of our needs were addressed by her completely. The other staff members were not as professional. Do not let them book you on a bus company Rith Mony. The staff member who booked us must take kick backs. The bus drops you off a few kms away from the main bus terminal leaving you stranded and you are severely hounded by tuk tuk drivers from the Blue Diamond guest house. We were organised and had drivers waiting for us so they came to pick us up when we called them.

The staff were amazing. They organised tickets for events we wished to see and all transfers. Tuk tuks on standby for all guests. They organised our bus tickets to Battambang. Polite, professional and courteous. The rooms were comforable and clean with balconies. The pool was gorgeous. 5/5 stay. Highly recommend.

Schönes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und im Grossen und Ganzen wie beschrieben. Wer lieber selber seine Reise organsiert oder abendliche Unterhaltung sucht ist hier allerdings nicht gut aufgehoben, der sollte fussläufige Nähe zum old market/pub street anstreben. Die angebotenen Dienstleistungspreise im Hotel sind überhöht.

Amazing staff!!!

It was a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The place was beautiful and imaculate. Good food and great service in the restaurant! The pool area was also very imaculate. The only thing is that the walls are very thin in the rooms so you can hear through them.

We were collected by tuk tuk from airport, on arrival there was a problem with room that we had booked, the asst manager pi offfered free massage and dinner, next day we were able to go into the room that we had booked which was clean. Pi also arranged a birthday cake for my partner which was a nice touch. Cambodia is a place to visit and make sure you do the trips with journeys cambodia

Great find in Siem Reap

What a find! Clean, stylish hotel with a great location. The staff couldn't of been nicer, especially Daniel the manager. I will definitely return!!! Also, Chaily Power, a tuk tuk driver with Kangaroo driver services, took care of us everyday. I highly recommend hiring him to accommodate your needs. He is on Facebook under Kangaroo driver.
