Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is in a good location, very close to pub street and night markets, yet you don’t get the noise or hear the loud music when you want to relax or sleep. Staff is very kind and work hard to help you with anything you need. Would definitely stay here again in Siem Reap.

What is fee for warly check inn? Either you have rooms available or not. They asked us a fee for early check inn and when we decided not to pay they gave us our rooms. Then we asked them to wale us up for our early tour of Angkhor Eatt and they forgot :((

マーケットに近いので買い物、食事は全く問題ありません。ロケーションはたいへんよく、施設も新しく大きな問題もなく安心して泊まれます 朝食もシンプルなブッヘェですが美味しく食べれます。 コスバーでは素晴らしいです

location is very convenient to night market. I like breakfast moment. The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant. The service is excellent. Besides, the free airport shuttle is interesting - is bu bu car (Autoo).

Affordable luxury with a nice pool and good restaurant a short walk from town. Our room was on the top (fifth) floor, and even with continuous air-conditioning it never cooled off, so I’d recommend a lower floor with less sun exposure. Great staff. They arranged for a car and driver (the wonderful Mr. Sky) to take us to Angkor Wat. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel, just spent 10 nights here, good location as it's less than a 5 minute walk to majority of shops and restaurants i.e the old market, night market, sok san road, pub street & the art centre market. We stayed in a deluxe room with city view, nice balcony with table and two chairs. The staff here are very attentive, warm and friendly and welcoming. We ordered room service a couple of times during our stay, the food was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel :) 

Good location

Good location that close to pub street, nice and friend staff. However, the air conditioning is not cool enough in the room. Staff sent me a electronic fan and it made thing better.

アンコールワット観光から戻り、テーブルにサングラスを置いたまま、夕食に出かけました。 3時間後、部屋に戻るとテーブルの上のサングラスがなくなっていました。価格は5万ほどのブランド品でした。一応、フロントに申し出ましたが「わからない」とのこと。 メイドが持ち去ったのは明らかです。2人共、サングラスがテーブルにあったことをハッキリ覚えていましたから。 テーブルの上に物を放置して外出したのは私のミスですが、普通の人は、サングラスを金庫には保管しません。 世界60か国を訪問しましたが、部屋から物が無くなったのは初めての経験です。

ナイトマーケット、パブストリートに歩いて行く事が出来、スタッフの方もとても親切でした！部屋も広く清潔で、大通りに面していますがプールビューだったためか外の音もあまり気になりませんでした。こじんまりしたホテルですが、値段に対してとても良いホテルだと思います！

暑かった．．．

新しいホテルという口コミに惹かれて利用したのですが、かなり古い部屋でした。 外観は新しそうだったので、リフォームしただけなのかな？ エアコンが全く効かず部屋を変えてもらいましたが、その部屋も効かず暑かったです。夏季や雨季にはおススメできません。 立地が良く、パブストリートやオールドマーケットなど歩き観光スポットが徒歩圏内！ホテル正面には1キロ1ドルのクリーニング屋さんがあります。 wifiは普通につながります。

Amazing Residence, truly amazing. I had a room at the new wing, it was HUGE. No kidding. Shower was great and the toiletries provided were complete and all so nice to use. I also had this really great balcony with city view and river view, it was so great just having some tea at the balcony while watching the world go by. Location is also excellent, a short walk to Pub Street and all the hubbubs, but at night it wasn't very noisy. There were also some small stores selling snacks and stuff around it. Overall I really enjoyed my amazing stay!

Amazing hotel so close to the heart of Siem Reap. Great hotel staff so friendly every time you come back to hotel. The driver of the hotel took us on a tour on Angkor Wat and the temples, awesome guy!
