One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at, not just in Cambodia, but anywhere. The facilities were modern and new, but very stylish and eco friendly. I would recommend this place for when my parents visit as well.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the town. Our room was an Executive Suite which was very large with bedroom and living area both beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed the pool especially after touring the town and temples. The food poolside was the best we had in Siem Reap. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Welcome was friendly and easy. Room was perfect, nice large room with a really comfy bed. Great shower and lovely towels and dressing gown. Pool was lovely to relax after a day at the temples. Service everywhere was fast and friendly. Really enjoyed the stay.

I had an unusual experience because I had a specific enquiry upon which I booked the room (that there should be World Cup broadcasts in-room), and on the first night at 2am realised that it wasn't working. To the credit of the staff, one staff member stayed with me to cast the match from his phone onto the TV, and then over the course of the next day the hotel fixed the issue. Good marks for responsiveness. Otherwise, the main other thing I remember is that the air-conditioning is very robust... my SLR lens always took a few minutes to get free of condensation whenever I took it out in the morning.

Superb Stay at the Treeline Urban Resort!
The architectural is very biophilic with loads of green at the reception Terrace. This hotel is pretty eco driven with a lot of natural lights and breeze. Staff are superbly attentive. Coz it’s a boutique, they recognize as we leave and return to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and vegetables are crisp and fresh. Again, the Seed restaurant staff are attentive. The toiletries are nice and aromatic. Liked the fact that they’re in big serving bottles instead of small plastic ones. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will return when we are back at Siem Reap.
