Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer sowie voll ausgestattete Küche sind vorhanden. Im Bezug auf die Wohnung sind keinerlei Wünsche offen geblieben. "Wir waren von dem Hotel enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde einem Vermittelt man wäre im Arka Medical Spa und erst nach Abschluss der Buchung war ersichtlich das dies nicht der Fall ist. Der Spa Bereich war nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar. Das Zimmer hatte kein Bett wie angegeben, sondern ein mehr als durchgelegenes Ausziehsofa.
