Achei o hotel grande, numa localidade boa mas banheiro com box muito pequeno e qualidade do sabonete do banheiro em barra muito ruim( do tamanho e fino que nem uma moeda de 0,50 centavos, não tendo sabonete líquido) . O café da manhã muito fraco. Pouquíssimas opções .Não tem nenhuma máquina de café para nos servirmos.Nunca havia visto isso em hotel. Temos que pedir a garçonete o café. Achei o padrão do hotel desproporcional ao que ele oferece.

Zona tranquilla, poco distante dalla città. Personale gentile, check-in e check-out rapidi. Stanze nella media, stile un po' datato, ma comunque accettabile; dotate di aria condizionata configurabile e funzionante (cosa non da poco). Colazione un po' scarsa, in linea comunque con un tre stelle. Piscina a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti, senza prenotazione.

The hotel is very comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and is there to assist the hotel guests with anything needed. From reservations and suggestions of restaurants, tips on parking tips around the city, what to see in Tuscany, breakfast service and in fact anything one can think of!! Highly Recommended

Nice property (especially the pool), great staff & breakfast. Remote and very limited restaurant opportunities. NOTE: Very rude service people throughout the downtown area. The worst I have experienced in the 20 countries & 60 cities - I have been in to date...By far. There are much nicer Italian cities to visit!!

Nella camera assegnata erano presenti delle cimici dei letti. Lo staff si è rifiutato di collaborare con expedia per trovare una soluzione poiché l’ospite non ha segnalato l’accaduto immediatamente. Non solo, quando sono state inviate allo staff le foto, questi hanno sostenuto non corrispondere all’ arredamento delle loro stanze. Pessima esperienza!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana

Die Zimmer sind mit Kühlschrank und Haartrockner ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung ist tadellos. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig, das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders die Frühstückskellnerinnen. Vor dem Frühstücksraum ist ein schöner Olivenhain, vom Schwimmbad hat man einen weiten Blick in die Toskana. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite haben trotz Doppelfenstern viel Verkehrslärm besonders im Berufsverkehr, da die Straße ein Schleichweg zur Schnellstraße Siena-Florenz ist. Das Hotel ist ein guter Platz, um mit dem Auto die Toskana kennenzulernen. Zum Bahnhof sind es 1,5 km bergab, in die Altstadt 4 km, so dass das Hotel nicht sehr geeignet ist für Touristen, die nur Siena besuchen wollen. Supermärkte gibt es im nächsten Ort Richtung Florenz 5 min mit dem Auto. Restaurants gibt es in der direkten Umgebung des Hotels nicht, das am Rande einer Wohngegend oberhalb von Feldern an einem Hügel liegt. Vom Schwimmbad hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Toskana. Das Schwimmbad war Ende September aus meiner Sicht noch sehr schön zum Schwimmen, es war den meisten Gästen aber zu kalt. Die Gäste sind teils Italiener, Deutsche, Niederländer, Argentinier, Brasilianer und verhalten sich ruhig und freundlich. Das Personal spricht durchweg auch Englisch. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Hotel, was auch einigen Erholungswert bietet.
