Scandaleux, malhonnête

Pas grand chose à raconter. Nous n'avons jamais pu y rentrer. En effet, malgré une réservation faite et payée depuis des mois, la propriétaire nous a refusé l'accès prétextant que toutes les chambres étaient déjà occupées. Scandaleux! Heureusement, Hotels.com a réagi dans les heures qui ont suivi en nous relogeant sans frais.

Muy mal llegue al sitio y estuve esperando en la cual me dijeron que me habian mandado un mail que mi reservacion habia sido cancelada, pero resulta que en mi tarjeta esta el cargo. Como puedo hacer para que me rembolsen el importe total de esto.

Awful owner attitude

I got there and the owned explained to me the room was not paid for.. I wanted to check and she was really rude, she told me she didnt care if I didnt take the room, she wanted the money. It made me very uncomfortable, I would defininitely not recommend it.
