"The room was spotless, the staff was professional, gracious, welcoming and friendly. The food was wonderful! If there were to be any criticism, it would be that when we wanted to book excursions, there was a lot of pressure to do the vacation club presentation. The gentleman that gave the presentation, however, did not pressure us to purchase and was very professional and knowledgeable. "

Although no beach swimming, we did get to see multiple whales. That was a first for me and it was truly magical. I would for sure visit Sandos Finisterra again. "In the future for ever adult staying in a room there should be 2 wash rags one for your face & one for your body. You shouldn’t have to ask for an extra wash rag. Especially when you put 3/4 towels in a room so that you can dry off."

"Had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos! The rooms were clean and spacious, the red pool was amazing for the my 5 year old. The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us! Also, shout out to Katy from the entertainment team came up to us pool side and made bracelets for my daughters. Had an overall great experience! "
