"The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond for their guests! During the drive from La Fortuna up and down winding roads, our daughter was sick twice (last time being 5 minutes from the hotel). The team were so caring and helpful in helping us get her and the car sorted before we even officially booked in. We opted for the laundry service which was well priced and super convenient. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom products were amazing. Very well positioned with some great recommended restaurants nearby. They even helped organise a last minute night tour with a local company, where we saw lots of amazing wildlife. The included breakfast was delicious and made to order every morning. Banana pancakes were a highlight as was the complimentary popcorn in the afternoon for the children. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending to everyone."

"Beautiful grounds. Loved the variety of hot springs and views of arenal. Pool was nice. Private cottages. Exceeded my expectations. Slightly away from the town (shopping and restaurants) so you will have to rely on Ubers if not driving which during busy times and high traffic can take a while to get places. area is not pedestrian friendly. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of variety. "
