The chalet was modern and super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My kids especially loved the jacuzzi and small playground. "We were upgraded to the Porta Cervino hotel. The staff and service were excellent They went the extra mile to make guests welcome and comfortable. I have everything good to say about the staff service and the hotel amenities. From Thomas at the reception to the General Manager Yannic. Only wish they had air conditioning though it was cool at night do we opened the windows in the evening for a bit. Also, we visited during the peak of the heat wave in Europe. I would definitely stay again at Porta Cervino."
