"The room and grounds were well kept and clean. Proximity to beach and many restaurants was excellent. Pool was warm and clean. Use of chairs and beach towels was an awesome perk and free water bottles, ice and cooler (to use) was an added bonus. Only thing I was surprised about was no room cleaning, even mid-stay on 5 nights, and that might have been explained but I wasn’t aware until I asked. Would definitely stay again!"
"The office manager was very nice and took her time showing me the property. The private pool was heated and wonderful. The unit was very nice with everything you would need. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cool for the Gulf. However, we have every intention of returning."
"Our bedroom and living area were big and the unit was very clean. The location is perfect! Walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants & shops. Only downfall is the bathrooms are small."
"The ringling house was a great location. Our unit was recently renovated and very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was a great proximity to the beach and the village. The staff was helpful and came right to us when we called about beach chairs. Susan was great and checked in often and was quick to respond. We did need to go to a dollar store and buy toilet paper, tissues and a couple household items that we left for the unit because it wasn’t there. Also, it’s helpful to know that though they have beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas available, you do have to rent them. It is not included.
Overall we would definitely recommend The Ringling House again. "
"It was definitely the hospitality. Paige was so welcoming and informative and helpful at our arrival. Everything was in perfect shape. When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. And the result of her efforts was a complete success - she didn’t stop until it was solved. Thank you so much Paige! It’s no wonder my sister from Illinois comes here so often. Paige is like a friend you come to visit. The Inn is charming and clean and convenient. A tiny jewel on that beautiful coast. Many thanks from Pam’s sister. "
