"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Long Beach Marriott! The breakfast was superb with so many delicious options, and the service throughout the entire property was most excellent. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and truly made us feel welcomed. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"Stay far away… to start they need a cash deposit. The room smelled like body odor and cleaning products. There were multiple roaches we had to kill. And many more baby roaches (smaller than ants) that were in the bathroom and by the ac. The jacuzzi didn’t work but due to how dirty everything was, we wouldn’t have used it anyway. There were atleast 3 different hair lengths and colors in the bed, on the pillowcases, and even IN THE JACUZZI! I asked the manager about the cleanliness and insects and he just looked shocked but gave no verbal response. Im about 85% sure there was also a camera in the ventilator in the bathroom…i asked about being compensated and again, no response verbally. So i kindly asked for my invoice and left. My girlfriend and i couldn’t sleep at all so we stayed up and decided to sleep on the cruise ship when we board instead. The hotel was so unacceptable, she and I didnt feel comfortable evn showering there. The shower head looked appallingly gross."

"Small parking lot with self parking. Staff was friendly. Room was not the cleanest. Stains all over the walls. Every single towel in the room had brown or red stains on them. "

"No shower curtain. TV didn't work. Smelled terrible. Trash everywhere. Thought the room was being broken into at least 4 times. I didn't expect it to be the Four Seasons, but it wasn't even a half a season... Front desk guy was nice. We had to put down a $20 cash deposit, but our friends who stayed didn't have to, which was weird."
