"The hotel is up a hill, about 5-10 minutes walk from the Roman ruins so for people with walking difficulties it’s probably not the hotel for you. For us it was wonderful. After the busy streets outside it was a place of perfect calmness for us. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We were on the ground floor but couldn’t hear a sound from the street. The area outside the hotel looks a little rundown, but that’s just Catania. Inside the hotel is beautifully appointed. We had a large comfortable room. Would definitely stay again if we are in Catania."

He went above and beyond to help us—even with things that had nothing to do with the accommodation. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our trip unforgettable.
