"The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure."

"It was super convenient if you’re going to MOA or Ayala malls and the airport. The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive if doing a walk in 1800 per person and the food was okay not worth that much money though. Staff were nice and helpful. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected should be a lot cleaner for the price per night. The tables in the room wasn’t wiped and bathroom had mold in the corners and only one toilet tissue in the bathroom should always have an extra roll just in case. I liked that there were slippers that were convenient since walking bare foot in a hotel room is kind of gross."
