"This hotel could have earned 5 stars easily because it's staff, rooms, and services are great. However, to promise a fitness center (gym) and then dont have one isnt good business practice. They do have a pool and 2 (!) old, outdated, and crappy cardio machines next to the pool. That's NOT a gym."

"Its a simple but clean hotel, bed was comfy, it is a walk of 15 min to the innenhafen area with lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is simple but sufficient"
"After payment I was supposed to receive an e-mail and text message with instructions on how to enter the hotel. Off-line check in, no person in check dedsk. Until arrival, I did not receive any message. There was someone in the hotel (speaking only German - the hotel offered contact in English) gave me keys, one towel and a roll of toilet paper. There were two more towels in the room (ages ago they were white) it was supposed to be for two people. In the bathroom, a broken tap on the sink (I took a video) Shower dirty, water drain blocked with unremoved hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
