We confirmed all payments for our rooms & when we were there, the desk manager told not possible to arrange rooms for us due to room unavailability & we have to shift their that hotel, which is far from there. After waiting about 30 - 40 minutes, continuous bargaining & our rigid decision that we don't shift hotel then he allocated rooms for us. He was lier, at first he told not possible to arrange...
