"Check in was easy. Very nice boutique style hotel. Staffs were friendly. The room was big and spacious with amazing view. The most cost effective and easy way to get to the hotel is bus even with large luggage. Head to bus stop once you get off the train. Catch the bus 601,605 or 606. All are about 5 min ride. From the bus stop it’s either 5 min or 2 min walk. The bus ride is covered by swiss pass and had enough safe for our 2 large luggage. "

I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin."
