"The hotel charged us for our stay 2 days before we even arrived. When we arrived to book in to the hotel, we found that they had rented our room to someone else and then denied that we had even had a booking. We were able to show them, on their computer system, that this was untrue.
We talked to the owner on the phone and he blamed the booking website for the mix up. He told us we had to take it up with them even though it was the actual hotel that had charged us.
We talked to other guests and they told us that this hotel often double-books people and people are often left stranded with no place to stay.
This is a very shady business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! "
