"The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located, a few steps from the metro station, but walkable (about 40 minutes) to the centre or the University (which is where I needed to do everyday). I was received with a bottle of Douro valley wine and biscuits, a lovely detail! would definitely recommend staying here."

"A spacious property would like to return again with extended family group. Great facilities, kitchen was well equipped could easily cater for group. Good communication from owners always helpful. Not in the main historical district but had plenty of places to buy food or eat also easy and cheap to get transport. View of football stadium."

"Very clean and newly renovated apartment! A very comfortable bed so you will rest from all the walk there! The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!! "This is the second time we stay at this beautiful place. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. Furthermore, the swimming pool is very nice and heated, and we really enjoyed the mini-golf and the little steam next to it. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the 705, we honestly wished we had extended our stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything we need for a few days stay in Porto. It was also spotless clean. But what was exceptionally special about the experience is the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, kind, and wonderful to speak and interact with. "Great hotel with a highly rated pizza restaurant located inside. The property was clean and had a great shower and a comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only criticism would have to be the location. Although it was walkable it was located farther from the points of interest we wanted to see. Other than location it was a wonderful choice. "
