"The rooms were clean , however being in the basement rooms (room 100s ) upon entry, it had a noticeable mold-like smell. The rooms are extremely humid to the point where you touch the carpet or bed sheets and they feel wet. We turned off the AC unit hoping it would help with the mold/wet basement ..."
