They where a bit strict about having a 5th person in the room, and got charged extra, other than that stay was good

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! What I really enjoyed about it was that if felt more like an indoor/ outdoor mid-lux apartment. I never saw anything out of place regarding trash or anything. The hallways were always clean and dry, even when it rained, the drainage was great. I really liked that when I walked into my room it felt clean and refreshed and cool. But this is where I did run into a little snag as well. The weather was spring-like, so it was up and down, toeing the line of hot and cool. I was freezing the first evening after the rain because the A/C was still on (which was initially needed) and when I tried to turn on the heat it didn't work. The units they have in the rooms only do A/C. I learned that after asking them about it. They immediately offered an extra blanket, and gave me a space heater. It was a perfect solution. So my room was nice and toasty for the rest of my trip. Miguel and Diana were always SO friendly and such a pleasure to chat with. I also liked the convenience of neighborhood, and the Starbucks that is literally attached to the hotel. Perfect, perfect, perfect! It's also in a location where it's easy for the Uber to pull up, and you be on your way. It's also SUPER walkable with tons of shops and eateries EVERYWHERE! I'd stay here again. One upgrade would be to have an ice machine somewhere easily accessible, blinds that are easier to use, and MOIST makeup towelettes to remove make up with instead of just dry cotton. Would recommend!!!
