"The surfaces in the room had food and dried "stuff" stuck on them. I asked for a lysol wipe, or some kind of cleaner, to wipe the surfaces down and they were unable to locate anything. I defaulted to using standard washcloths and soap. There were stains on the walls that were questionable near the bathroom. We selected this location due to convenience of location and necessity, but will not be repeating a stay."

"Wonderful property! Our only concern was a noisy a/c unit. All of the staff were so polite and helpful! We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings. The food and the service were excellent! We ate a light dinner at The Fox and Hound Lounge in the hotel on our first night. Great food, adult beverages and service."

"We stayed here for a baseball tournament weekend, and I would warn other tournament families before booking. The main issue was the front desk employee, Cindy. She was rude, accusatory, and claimed our kids were running the breezeway, slamming doors, and knocking on rooms she “saw on camera.” The problem was one of the families she blamed was not even at the hotel at the time. She also questioned my husband repeatedly when he asked for an extra sheet for our son and again when he asked for a washcloth. Completely unnecessary and very unwelcoming. The rooms were okay overall but had a musty smell. There was also a strong smell of weed outside often. I noticed other reviews mentioning rude front desk staff, and now I understand exactly what they meant. Management should address this immediately because one employee can absolutely ruin the experience for paying guests. We will not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to tournament families looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay."

"Room 305 was neat and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and courteous, although desk seemed abandoned at times. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The overall building facility seemed not quite up to Hampton Inn quality. "
