"The pool was cloudy and there was floating napkins in it. They did not have my room ready at four, but they gave us for free drink tokens for the bar. There is a mini fridge with no freezer, no microwave in the room, under the beds were dirty like they haven’t been vacuumed. Many nicks and scratches, carpet needed to be replaced. Just was expecting more for the price I had paid. I guess proximity to the park is what I was paying for."
"Stunning property. The location to Universal Studios was fantastic. Plus you can take an old fashioned open air bus to and from the park. The movie nights at the pool were awesome for the kiddos and adults."
"We had a pleasant stay at the Olive Hotel for about a week. While the room was small, it didn't feel cramped and was efficiently appointed. The only thing we wish the hotel had is a microwave that's accessible to guests for those late night cravings.
The included breakfast was very nice over the first few days, though the limited menu made for diminishing returns. Still, we loved the quiche and french toast, and the avocado toast was decent. Parking is available, but no ev charging - which would have been a great amenity.
The courtyard is a charming place to relax with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and even a fire pit.
This location is very convenient to Century City, Beverly Hills, and most other points of interest in the LA area, being relatively close to major freeways. Highly recommended!"
"Our first night there the air conditioning went out in the hotel. They did offer me a choice the next morning if I wanted to check out… without penalty. Fortunately, the air conditioner was fixed early afternoon since we wanted to stay in that area."
"I have stayed here many times over the past 20+ years. I prefer flying into Burbank and the Marriott is right across the street and is centrally located to the many different directions I need to get to when visiting friends and family. The room is always clean and the staff friendly and professional. I'm not a pool person but I do notice when walking by it appears to be sparkling clean. Parking is ample and convenient which is a HUGE plus. Will continue to return here in the years to come."
