"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"There was so much to do at the resort. We enjoyed the vast amount of options for swimming and spas, it was very relaxing. There was also so many activities to keep us busy when we wanted some adventure. The food was excellent and the staff were great during our stay. "
"Great historic hotel, ideally located close to the Roman bridge in a park-like setting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. "Excellent accommodation. Studio room with kitchenette, perfect for my style of travel. Modern and stylish, great breed, fantastic shower / bathroom, external balcony, high end appliances in kitchen for breakfast and daytime snack making.
A great price too for a Summer stay I extended my overnighter by three more days. A great bonus was the free Summer Guest Card giving fee less access to local Gondolas, public transport and pools as well as discounts on other experiences.
Property situated on valley side in a stunning location surrounded by mountains.
Great comms by the team here too. I've not had a chance to check out the pool and other free wellness facilities.
