"The people were friendly and nice, the grounds well kept and clean. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Stayed twice in six weeks for work and enjoyed both stays."
"I landed on Monday and the one small bar / restaurant they have was closed. We had to walk about 10 mins and get grocery’s. Then the ac button wasn’t working. There’s no staff on site all evening. The pool area is small than the pics and this hotel is NOT beach front at all. We ended up leaving to stay at the Morgan for 2 days because we did not enjoy our stay. The second day before we left to the Morgan spa hotel we went to pool area, there’s was no music the bartender/ server was sitting down on the side of the bar and when I asked for a menu to order food she had an attitude like I was bothering her since she had to get up. Then they don’t bring food to your chair at the pool you have to go back and eat by bar area.
Terrible experience and I would not travel back to this place. It was boring no staff really available to help you. And they take their towel situation really serious. They won’t give u towels without towel card and the towels are not even by the pool you have to walk to a window and the lady wasn’t even there the times we attempted to go. Again pics don’t look like the website. So careful booking at this hotel. It was giving senior citizens vibes. "
"We stayed in room 203 and it was so comfortable and cozy and clean! The AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The room was clean and well kept and smelled nice. Has a little balcony to go and get fresh air. The staff is great - LaToya and Alexia are wonderful and so friendly and helpful as is the housekeepers Joyce and Christine. I highly recommend this hotel if you want quaint and cozy and in the middle of everything which is amazing because you can walk everywhere!"
