"We love going to Manitou Hot Springs. The water is amazing. The beds are so very comfortable. Apparently they are shortstaffed when it comes to housekeepers and there can be a long wait to check into a room. This makes it difficult as we are in our 80s and really need the room during the day for a rest after we have traveled. We have waited to get checked in as late as 5 PM. They have allowed us to use the swimming pool previous to getting a room, but it is difficult."
"They need to update their advertising, because there was suppose to be queen size beds & they were only doubles. They were suppose to be open 24/7. They aren’t! Advertised as all rooms have a kitchenette. They don’t! For breakfast, the pancake machine & the toaster never worked! The 2 garbage cans in the kitchen room, didn’t open properly."
