"Wonderful staff. Nice property. The other tourists were also very pleasant. The gym and sauna was great. I had a few treatments. The hotel were very accommodating when I needed to change my room. First day orientation chat would have been helpful in getting to know the hotel and excursions available. Overall, a lovely stay."

"Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically."

"Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool....
