"We booked this property at short notice (less than 48 hours) but the communications were very effective, ensuring that we had everything we needed before arrival. The location is a gorgeous rural property that was idyllic for a peaceful getaway. We were aware that other guests were also staying, but we barely saw or heard anyone else in the 5 days we were there. We used the pool for two full days and had it all to ourselves - it was like having the run of a private estate. There was plenty of space to park our hire car (definitely needed) and the kitchen was very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer for supplies. Being right in the centre of the island means you're never really anymore than 45 minutes drive from the best places to visit. We had a west facing apartment which meant that in the evening we could sit on the terrace eating dinner whilst watching the sun set beyond the hills."
