So with the price removed., definitely recommend. I booked for six hours. The room was quiet, clean comfortable and I slept very well before my next flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful considering I had been traveling for 24 hours when I arrived and they gave me all smiles and good information. Kudos staff, + a clean comfortable room

Old and needing an update . The room and reception area were very clean. The coffee and TV area was well stocked. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool did not look like the picture advertising it but there were a number of guests still utilising it.

As a part of the booking a meal/breakfast was promised however during booking but after checking in I was told that they closed their kitchen hence no meal, which was not communicated in advance btw. I was handed 10 SGD food coupon and had to look for a place after 17hrs of long flight just to eat something. This is highly unacceptable and disappointing. I have never experienced such level of unprofessional behaviour before. Not recommended at all!

Substandard experience for price - since they have a near "monopoly". Rooms are sold only in 6 or 12 hour blocks (no 9 hours) which is customer-unfriendly upsell. Be aware that when you book the room with a window (as pictured on Expedia) - you may not get one despite the higher pricing. They are not able to manage their inventory to guarantee what you see is what you get. Staff was not helpful (they suggest asking for a window preference when booking). I got a windowless room that is not recommended for anyone with claustrophobia. Needless to say - they "apologized" but no other adjustment was provided. The bathroom hygiene is totally substandard for what they charge. The corners showed dirt/mold, the lining on the door was cracked etc. Pointed out to manager at checkout with photos so they could fix. They provide a all-purpose liquid soap so you may want to pack shampoo. There is no body lotion provided - the most needed item after a long low-humidity 16 hour flight (again customer unfriendly). Slightly smelly drains, some fruit flies around. Non-working outlet by bed. The corridor outside the rooms can get noisy (cleaning staff, guests etc.) - they could do a better job training at least staff to not chit-chat. Had to shush them twice. The outdoor pool is one of the few places to get fresh air and has an attached bar/snacks (did not try) with a friendly tender. The lounge is airy and spacious to work in.

まだリニューアルからまもないからか、フロントスタッフの段取りは悪そうでした。空港改装の関係でエスカレーターが使えなかったのも、ホテルの責任ではないですがマイナスポイント 部屋代は高いですね。そのためか、空港内ではそこらじゅうで床に寝転んで寝ている人が多かったです

ドアを開けた瞬間臭くて 寝られるか不安になった。 原因は排水口からの腐敗臭。 空調がないのか、換気されず 臭いがこもっていた。マスクをして バスルームの扉を閉じてなんとかねた。 長いフライトのあとトランジットで 夜過ごすために泊まったが ベッドの寝心地がよくゆっくり休めた そんなに安くもないが立地はよく 長旅にはとてもよい選択肢なので 臭い対策を真剣にとりくんでほしい。 おおよその到着時間を 事前につたえてあり、 少しは早めについたが、 部屋数が多いからか 特に問題なくチェックインできた。
