The staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to answer questions, especially about the local. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, I would recommend stay there especially if you are only going to be in Singapore for a few days.

Location is very good for turkish & Arabian food lovers. Everythings is good except my room wasn't that much good, very limited facilities inside the room though it was a budget room. The wasn't cleane, the basin was too dirty & there is towel rail, no soap holder, basin water draining was very poor. Also, the was no room service. One towel i had to use for two days.

Small, simple room. The housekeeping was great. The Wifi was not great and was often slow or non-existent in the room. The staff were helpful. The hotel has a nice location near Arab Street and the MRT

WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN

It was the worst hotel I ever have stayed in. Full of cockroaches even these bugs were crawling at us as well. Even though the hotel told us that the rooms are big enough to sleep 4 but it was not true, barely 3 can fit in the room. There was no space to place one’s luggage.

Very small room nothing like pictures no sofa in lounge I hated I trusted Expedia rooms are extremely small so toilet as well stuff behaves very bad I will never recommend to anyone to go to this hotel I was waiting for my rooms I was very tired because there is nothing to sit in lounge only couple of wooden chairs extremely uncomfortable when I asked them favour can I have my room bit early lady told it will be extra charge $20 per hour after I waited 4 hours I gave them $40 to get my room I can’t believe what bad experience so please be careful

Extremely disappointing management team

We didn't even get to stay as we had an emergency, and we were unable to get in contact with the management or anybody in charge. We had an emergency a few days before our stay and called to check if we could get a refund out of goodwill or even a certain amount of refund after a negotiated cancellation fee, but we were outright refused when we called by the receptionist who answered the call, and no emails were replied to after we sent several to follow up. We were extremely disappointed.

客室内がとても臭い。

窓無しの部屋が嫌で、あえて広めで窓有の写真をつかった部屋を指定して予約したが、あてがわれた部屋はやはり窓無しであった。 写真は盛りすぎかなと思われる。 部屋はもっと薄暗く壁紙も黄色い。ベットとタオルは無臭で清潔だったが、部屋全体が臭く、臭さで何度も目が覚めた。 壁も薄く、廊下の通行音、隣のシャワーの音やウガイする音まで丸聞こえ、フリーWi-Fiも廊下側のドア前にまで寄らないと微弱で使えなかった。 清掃を依頼するプレートをドアにかけて出たが、同様にかけられていた隣の部屋だけ掃除され、自身の部屋はスルーされていた。フロントに抗議したところ、朝10時前からプレートをかけていたか？と逆に質問をされ、9時から出していた旨伝えるも、「午前中しか掃除はやっとらん」と突っぱねられるしまつ。粘り強く交渉して、新品のバスタオルだけゲット。 客室内の独特の臭いさえなれれば泊まれないことは無いが、窓無しの部屋であの臭いは精神的につらい。 次は別のホテルしたい。

Helpful and accomodating staffs. Decently priced and decently furnished rooms for short stays, for those looking for just a place to sleep and wash up. Those looking for something more luxurious, please look elsewhere. There lots of restaurants within walking distance and bars, and outdoor dining options. Transportation to the city is readily available and there a some late night options as well.

Aliwal Park Hotel's location is in the midst of Muslim, Indian, and Buddhist temples and cultural centers. It is more than 5 minutes walk to nearest MRT stations. The staff are nice, helpful, and accomodating. I kept feeling as if I would roll off the single or twin bed necause it was so small. The room I stayed in was extremely cramped and had no windows. It lacked any in room safe, refrigerator, and closet. Its bathroom served as a shower. The hot water was non-existent.

部屋やシャワー(兼トイレ)の広さは普通。 ベッドの広さやスプリングも普通。 清潔度合いも値段相応。 エアコンの調整は自由にできる。 お湯は給湯器が最初「ぬるめ」設定になっていたので、自分でダイヤル式スイッチを回して普通の熱さに変えた。水圧はまぁまぁといったところ。 カギが無いとエレベーターに乗れないため、二人以上で泊まって別行動する際は少し不便だと思う。 ロビーに無料のコーヒー(砂糖入り)とクッキーとホットウォーターサーバーが置かれている。 子連れだったせいか(説明もなく)一泊あたり10ドルのデポジットを要求されたが、チェックアウト時に戻ってきた。 フロントスタッフは二日間の滞在中に６人くらい入れ替わったが、基本的に全員無愛想。 部屋には、湯沸かしポット、人数分のバスタオル、コーヒー、シャンプー兼ボディーソープ、石鹸、バスマットがあった。 冷蔵庫が無いのは不便だった。 徒歩５分以内にセブンイレブンあり。周囲は中華系やインド系のレストランがひしめき合っているので、食べる場所には困らない。 ムスタファセンターまで徒歩15分程度だが、重い荷物を持って昼間の炎天下に歩くには少し遠い。 バス停はセブンイレブンの前にあるが、最寄りMRT駅までは10分くらいかかる。 総合的に見て、何もかも距離が中途半端で立地はあまり良くない。割引価格なら未だしも、正規料金(１万円近く)払うくらいなら絶対に別のホテルに泊まった方が良い。
