Nice Geylang Area Hotel

My most recent stay at Aqueen Heritage Hotel was very satisfying. Hotel lobby and room are clean and welcoming as always. Great shopping and eateries are close by. As usual, Mr. Hamid is very welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant.

Room condition

room super small compared to last time i stay, only bed almost near to to wall, only have 1 side can go up to bed. no place to open my luggage. Lighting at toilet too dark. Sound prove need to improve, can heard sound from beside room and door bang sound and person talk at walkway.

Nice place but could do with some improvements

Place looks better then normal stay hotels, but could have some improvements. 1) the room I stayed (318) can't watch YouTube or netflix with the smart TV, would be nice if there's cable channels other then local channels. 2) at early morning some one tried to open my room room. Luckyly I latched the door. Think it was a staff cos mumbled about open wrong room. 3) been 3 weeks and my deposit has not been returned. Overall I'm still happy. Would return again soon.

Clean property but difficult to contact them by phone for reservations due to limited opening hours. Breakfast was luke warm and limited in choice. Otherwise clean, accessible and safe.

I think over all my sty was satisfactory and it’s a reasonable price hotel. Amenities are also close by and ease of traveling too. Room itself was neat and clean. I would definitely consider again.

Dated and overpriced

The carpet looks to be from 60 years ago and the bathroom floor wasn't very clean. The Wi-Fi keeps dropping connection and the connections is often slow. The staff would also rarely smile or even try to acknowledge your presence. I also went in expecting that the laundry would be by weight but it was by piece... It would have cost me over 120 for a small laundry. The bed was comfortable though... Overall, it is a very dated hotel that is way overpriced.

Affordable and comfortable

I booked Queen bed room. The room is clean and neat. Although is small room but still comfortable. TV only broadcast SG channels. Bed is soft enough for me and not too hard. Only the pillow too soft to me. Their staff are polite and helpful.

ホテル自体は駅から距離はありますが、周辺は飲食やショッピングには便利で、コンビニも近くにあります。部屋には冷蔵庫もあり、買った食品を保存しておくのも便利です。一つ不満だったのは、フェイスタオルが備えていなかったことで、全てバスタオルで拭かなけれならなかったです。

Great boutique hotel in Geylang Serai. Good food is plentiful in the area. Good transportation links as well. And Mr. Hamid was very welcoming. Room was compact but sufficient.
