This family-friendly Singapore hotel is located in the entertainment district, just steps away from Suntec Singapore and Suntec City. Marina Square and Suntec Convention & Exhibition Center are also within 10 minutes. Promena Station is only a 4-minute walk and Esplanade Station is 7 minutes.
Overall it was a nice stay with good location . The only thing is i find their breakfast serving inconsistent. Not sure if the staff are overwhelmed with request but i had to keep asking abt my hard boiled eggs, and they didnt bring my warm water. On day 1, we have 3 slices of toast and everyine has juices except us, day 2 has only 2 slices of toasts. Still not a bad service but still can improve.
The staff is very nice and proactive. They had took a step forward to prepare some surprise for us after we had mentioned that the stay was meant for a celebration. Our 2 nights stay were booked on different platforms yet our stay were made seamless without the need to check out & in. (Yes, we had to do so in other hotel). Room and bathroom are spacious and clean.
