Staff excellent , a special mention to Maria from security who took extra care of my 81 year old mum and Sharine from the restaurant . Very close to Dhoby Ghaut metro and Plaza Singapura . Good sized pool . Rooms comfortable and the gentleman from Housekeeping on our floor (10) very thorough and conscientious .

The property is professionally managed like any hotel. The premises are neat & clean. The location is very near to Dhoubey Ghat MRT station and Singapore Plaza. The sanitary fittings in the bathroom need maintenance or replacement. The faucet handles and paper roll flaps come out in your hand sometimes when using.

Pleasant Stay

It’s a family stay-cation for this trip since pandemic is still restricted to most of countries. We were happy and really enjoy staying at the pool for swimming and water fun. Have a walk to the Fort Canning Park is pleasant.

The property was located close to two MTS stations which meant that all of Singapore was in walking distance. Their understated approach to customer service results in attention to detail and polite staff.

Nice hotel near the metro and buses. This is a fairly basic room with no frills. The breakfast buffet was fairly good especially when considering the price. Liked the park across the street.

The property was a very pleasant surprise. We liked both of our rooms which were on the 12th floor with spectacular views over Singapore and Fort Canning Park. The location made it simple to get to anywhere in Singapore either by MRT or bus. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful from the front desk right through to the restaurant. There is some mould in the bathrooms as mentioned in other reviews but it is hardly a major problem and I have seen far worse in much more expensive hotels. My only negative is the fact that there are a lot of school groups staying here which can make it noisy but this didn’t bother us in the room at all. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and very clean...

Very clean hotel in a good location. Large rooms. Great air conditioning. Hot water in shower is great but only temporary so don't take long showers. Only large towels provided so bring your own wash cloths. Cafe on first floor. Friendly and helpful staff. 5- minute walk to local transportation(MRT ).

Excellent location a 5 minute walk from major transit center, Dhoby Ghaut, with amply shopping and food. A short MRT ride to the beautiful downtown area. Room had gorgeous view overlooking Fort Canning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit spartan. Excellent value for money. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

12月31日に1泊しました！ 8時頃荷物だけを預けに行きましたが、チェックインと勘違いされ英語が得意ではない私は説明するのに手間取りました。 待たされたあげく、まだチェックインできませんと言われ、20時までに戻ってきてと言われました。 予定では21時ごろホテルに戻るつもりだったので、それを伝えると今からお部屋準備するので待っていてと言われました。 ツアーを予約していたので待てないと言うと困った顔をされ、結局20時までに戻りチェックインしました^^; 初めて泊まる人はホテルの協会？に$3ほど支払わなければならなかったです。 融通がきかず、もやもやの1日目でした(笑)

Good location, front office personal very kind and nice. Rooms are very noisy (can literally hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor) The security knocked our door at 00.00 when we were sleeping and then apologised because it was the wrong room. Very unprofessional.

L'avantage de cet hôtel est sa position. Il est à 7 mn de la station de métro dhobi ghaut et à 8 mn de la rue orchad road. Il se situe a côté d'un parc. Plusieurs centres commerciaux autour. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses pour singapour mais d'un état général vieillot. Dans la chambre, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. L'agent de maintenance a été appelé. Il lui a été indiqué que le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas et celui-ci nous a mentionné qu'il revenait mais il est jamais revenu !!!! Sinon dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est à recommander Côté service,

第一印象，因為當天班機早到，所以尚未達check in 時間，櫃台員工服務態度仍有進步空間，相對行李房寄放服務員特別感受到他的服務熱忱，並主動熱心提供資訊予需要的客人，特別值得表揚;我們九天後還會再次入住，希望不好的印象都已獲得改善。
