Good that the room is spacious. However the lighting was not bright enough. I end up going to work with my socks turned inside out.

No sound proof. You literally hear EVERYTHING from the hallways and from other rooms. Slept soo poorly even with ear plugs, especially had to go through the couple’s loud mourning next door at 2am. AVOID!!

Very Spartan room...No refrigerator. They turn off the aircon from 8pm until 8am...no fan so a hard to sleep..the walk in rate was promo at half the rate i paid. still to much

Good for simple stay

The reception is manned by good staff. When housekeeping fell short of expectations, the receptionist helped us to sort out the poor quality.

The stay at Frangrance hotel was awesome for the price point. It was clean and the bed was comfy! Would recommend if you're looking for a cheap yet relatively well connected hotel

The room was booked last minute as I had a change of plans. The room smelled of smoke, did not have any window/natural light and was small. It was fine as location was easy walking distance to the rail (MRT). WiFi was very poor, struggled to connect and too slow to video call. Overall not great, it was fine to rest at the end of the day and staff were friendly enough, also as mentioned was last minute booking so probably explains the worse than average room, but for the money paid a little disappointing.

Good Room Ambiance

Room was beautiful and in near perfect condition, and the bed was really comfy. I enjoyed my stay very well, as well as a good night sleep. TV quality and selection could be improved though. Room soundproofing was great, but the cleaners have a tendency to shout in the corridor and you can hear them clearly through the door. Apart from that, the neighborhood is very quiet too, and I couldn't hear any traffic during my stay. Coupled with quite a few eating options, just a short walk away, I would recommend this for a short staycation if you enjoy a good romantic and private ambiance.
