Excellent
It’s definitely worth more than the price. Everything that may be needed was there (from electric stove to laundry machines). The shower was excellent with a huge amount of water and a temperature that can be tuned up to very high. The room initially had a bit of smell but it went away quickly. There was very occasionally a bit of noise problem, but none lasted more than a few minutes. The service people, Jarwin and Clarence, were very friendly and helpful as well. In my years of travel I have not seen a better hotel than this at anywhere near the price level. I have also stayed at the Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay, which appeared newer but has smaller rooms and doesn’t have laundry as this one.

It's a nice hotel suitable for short term stay working at CBD. 15 mins walk to raffles place as well as chinatown. The staff, Jarwin, is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay since it's quite handy with refrigerator, washing machine and even drying machine at the common area.
