The room was simple, clean and dark for sleeping which was excellent after a long flight. The staff, especially Alph, Jeffi, and Malik were very friendly and helpful for every question we had. We appreciated the filtered drinking water in the sink - easy access and helpful. Excellent food courts and options nearby, stores as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was also updated with nice glass showers, very nice rain drop shower, pot lights and very nice tiles through out. I would have given the property five stars if not for the issue where the housekeeper woke us up at 3:00am due to the noice from cleaning one of the rooms one morning and the fact there was no breakfast in the morning.

Carole and Alf are the best @ the reception desk They are friendly and very helpful with whatever questions you have regarding transportation, MRT, buses, taxi or Grab and the places to eat. They'll always tell you the best option(s). Any concerns just ask them and they'll resolve it immediately. Firdaus kept our room sparklingly clean daily with fresh towels daily. We just love these staff. It's our 1st time in Singapore and they made our visit much less stressful.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but so very tiny: the bed was pushed to the wall; the fridge door can't open fully; practically no storage for clothes- only a few hangers! & the windows had wooden louvers, so no outside view! The room was facing the road, so there is noise from the traffic. It's not ideal for longer stsys.

Hotel was ok for a short stay but rhe family room was very small. Hard to open your luggage up and be comfy. Main gripe for me was no window, it was obstructed by shutters so it felt a bit stuffy. No breakfast or amenities but great location for food snd markets. Was good value for money.
