An overall excellent option for staying in the centre of Singapore for a good price, the hotel is 2 minutes walking from the MRT and right next to the riverfront. The staff are quite attentive and helpful (special thanks to Amirah, Ezra and Chru for their assistance), and the room was in good condition with excellent air conditioning.

Hotel was quite close to the MRT and bars/restaurants, the hotel had friendly staff, clean. the only issue i had was lack of seating out by the pool but other than that no problems.

Good location. Rooftop pool was an added bonus. Only downside was on Expedia website did not state that the standard room didn't have a window and when I complained to the reception that I needed a window as I need fresh air they did not accommodate it even after I pointed out that nowhere on Expedia website did it state that the room wouldn't have a window.

Overall the hotel did what we needed it to. For the price, expect the rooms to be on the smaller side. They allow you to store your luggage which was important as my flight wasn’t until midnight. They also arranged a very reasonably priced taxi to take us back to the airport. Both of the above points make this an ideal place for a night or two. The rooftop pool is also a bonus - definitely cold! The bathroom is more of a wet room really with the toilet getting saturated from the shower. Breakfast is at the cafe next door, reasonably priced and saves you time looking for somewhere.

Excellent room and friendly service throughout my entire stay. The local is quite convenient, with many of the major attractions within walkable distances, and great food options nearby. We enjoyed our brief stay very much, for 2 nights the space was absolutely sufficient and the location was great for exploring. The checkin was unnecessarily complicated, not because of the employees but because I had to install their app even though we checked in at the counter - and then we could open the door with the card so really no use for the app. Definite plus were the rooftop pool with generous opening hours, friendly staff and the associated breakfast place at Brekkie & Grill - don't miss the buttermilk pancakes!

Most staff are very nice and polite. Kai helped us checking in and checking out. We would like to appreciate this gentleman who represents Singaporean politeness. The room was small. One mattress almost fell out of the bed during the last night. The washroom is different with website photo, shabby and not convenient in real condition. I had not used such washroom in any other hotels for years before staying here. No bottled water provided, which was ok for us, but website should not use bottled water to mislead customers.

Cozy stay

Great place to stay in Singapore when on a budget. The rooms are very compact but have everything you need. Pool was nice and you could tell it was clean. The breakfast provided at the cafe next door was delicious. Staff very friendly, especially Jess and Anita.

The hotel is perfect for those who just need a place to sleep at the end of day while sightseeing in Singapore. The staff is attentive and friendly. The room is small and not much to spread your things. I wouldn't recommend it if you are sensitive to dust as the vent was dusty in the bathroom. It is also a wet bathroom. If you need the shower and toilet separate, choose another hotel.
